How do I do it?

Calderdale Framework competency training follows a 3 stage process, Taught, Modelled (simulated), Competent.
This methodology is recognised as best practice by Yorkshire and the Humber Clinical Skills executive.

What should I expect after Training?

Competent, confident workers who know their boundaries and expectations within a supportive governance framework.

Evidence of competence, which can be used to APEL into vocational or academic credit.
